"There are only 2 ways to create income... People at work, and Money at Work."
Wayne McCullough entered the insurance business in 1974, and is licensed to do business in several states. As an independent agent, Wayne offers many different carriers for your insurance and financial security needs, giving you the ability to get prices from multiple companies with 1 call to him.
For example, LIFE INSURANCE... How do you get a competitive price? Some people think that buying life insurance online will save them money. But, the price is generally the same from company to company whether or not you have a local agent. And, most people will benefit from having a relationship with a local advisor rather than some stranger in a far-off home office. Wayne already represents many of the companies you may have seen on the internet. With an independent agent, you have the ability to "shop the market" among various companies, but also have a local agent rather than dealing with an "800 number" in another state. If you want to, you can "play with the numbers" on this website to get an idea of different prices, just go to the Request a Quote section for 24 hour access... no cost or obligation. Get an idea of coverage and prices, and then call Wayne to answer any questions you may have.
Wayne holds all appropriate licenses for the products and services that he offers, and is up to date on any and all continuing education requirements in his states of licensure. For almost 20 years, Wayne held an additional license in securities, which allowed him to sell mutual funds and variable products. But several years ago, he decided to concentrate only on products guaranteed by insurance companies. His experience with various products and concepts will likely benefit you.
Today, his main areas of planning are:

These areas of planning have to do with insuring what most people should view as their "most important financial asset", which is their income. Whether you live a long happy life and need retirement income and healthcare for your lifetime, or you suffer a disabling injury or sickness somewhere along the way, or die prematurely, perhaps Wayne's experience can help you.
Wayne has hosted workshops for consumers, and feels that there should be more "insurance education" for the public. The "more you know, the more likely you will make good decisions regarding your financial security", and he is willing to take the time needed to explain the "hows and whys" of insurance planning. He has also written training programs and hosted training workshops for insurance agents, and is an approved moderator for the Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow courses.
Wayne has been a member of the National Association of Insurance & Financial Advisors (NAIFA) for over 40 years, and is a Past President of the Memphis-West TN local chapter (2002-2003). He also served as Regional Vice President for the state association, NAIFA Tennessee, for 6 years (2010-2016), responsible for member activities in the West Tennessee region.
He has received the following awards:
Wayne currently serves on the board of directors, and is chairman of the community service committee for the local Memphis-West TN chapter, where he has headed the "Bikes for Kids" holiday project since 2008, when he initiated the program. This project aids the Salvation Army's "Angel Tree" program, and has totaled over $60,000 in donations to buy shiny new bikes for needy area kids. This program was started in memory of insurance industry legend, Lester Rosen CLU, who was a NAIFA member and leader for many years. Lester was also a board member of The Salvation Army for years, and our efforts to support that work continue in his name today.
NAIFA began operations in 1890 as the National Association of Life Underwriters (NALU), and the Memphis chapter was started in 1910. There are about 40,000 members across the U.S.
Wayne received his LUTCF professional designation in 1987. Individuals that hold the LUTCF® (Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow) designation have completed a program of study that includes multiple courses focused on ethics, personal life insurance, business life insurance, other insurance planning concepts, and professional business practices. A minimum of three courses must be completed and passed, and adherence to the NAIFA Code of Ethics is also a requirement. Having such a certification does not automatically mean that an advisor will give you helpful advice. So, consider other qualifications, such as length in the business, and referrals from people you trust. You can also check your state insurance commissioner's website for complaints lodged against advisors. To go to the Tennessee website, click here https://www.tn.gov/commerce.html.
Wayne is affiliated with Producers Connection, LLC, in Memphis, TN, which is an independent insurance brokerage agency that was formed in 2009 by the merger of Milestone Financial Group, Inc. and Life Associates of Memphis, Inc. This agency serves hundreds of Mid South insurance agencies, providing products and expertise. As a regional brokerage manager there for the last 20+ years, he has helped many other independent agents find the right product, company, and solution for their client's needs. And, he has been doing the same thing for his personal clients for over 40 years.
Experience, Expertise, Ethics.
